When Keyspan and a series of other utilities were acquired they were rebranded and subsequently their systems needed to be integrated. I was part of the team that worked with the different stakeholders to understand the different business requirements and research the different ways in which customers used their systems to understand their needs and represent them accordingly.

After performing field research, sketching, prototyping, and testing we were able to deploy a suite of products that to this day continue to go live – impacting millions of customers in the Northeast.
